Camping was good! Adventure, Intrigue, drama (not ours), nature, hiking, and waking up at the cracks to boil water for coffee and cocoa..😆 Rose is a great camp dog. She only barked when someone got too close to our spot. Otherwise was happy and content to lay about camp. She and Ode slept in his tent.
Our biostove worked great!! Even Ode knows how to work it now. Chris also brought his gas stove which we used for the heavier duty stuff..like dinner. Weather was food besides some smoke..and the area was absolutely beautiful.

Chris saw red glowing eyes looking at him when he went to fetch water at 1am..either a bigfoot or a cougar.
Also, we attempted to rescue a screaming woman-in-peril, who turned out to just be a woman having a screaming tantrum on the river bank because her boyfriend was quote "being a d*ck" (seriously??, I thought she was being cut up, she was screaming so loud, and so long, we tried to call the sherrif but had no cell signal, so we threw all our gear back in the car, and drove down the road to save her) & that's what she had to say.
