This dang balloon won't deflate

Ode got this T-Rex balloon at QFC over 3 weeks ago.
It's been creeping around our house ever since,
The other morning I woke at 2 am with it hovering over my head, tickling my face with its ribbon..I kai-yawed it, thinking, it was attacking me.
Now, Ode likes to leave it in our room just to hear me complain about it.
