Day 2 of no power - blue flame of coffee water

I went to work today
Alas Vilhelmina is not a snow lover
She refused for over 15 minutes to leave the driveway
So we turned our attention and our ice scrapers to Chris' car which is front wheel drive and has a button for winter
You push it
And your car suddenly is a snow whisperer
Okay it makes you start out in second gear and other cool stuff
I made it all the way to work without event
(okay so i got stuck a little at the end of our road..and took a rock to the windshield when trying to pass the snowplow)
I got off the highway..3 blocks from my work..
And took my usual route..bad idea. Unplowed deep brownish snowslushice with major washboard from heck.
Came to a stop at the stopsign
And all 5 or so inches of snowsluchice..which had previously been on TOP of my car came down in a single giant avalance on the front windshield..w wipers running
Well we lost the drivers wiper..he stuck sprung out to the side after that.the passenger wiper was bent..but still valiantly

trying to do his best to keep his side of the windshield clean

An hour and a half at schucks w the talkative gentleman.

who made me discuss every single one of my five items..why do i know i had five items/he counted them multiple times both outlound and to himself.daylight was burning and i could feel my left eye start to twitch

one new wiper blade for the valiant wiper

+ a bunch of sh1t i didnt need
I was off!

For a craning to the right so i could see out valiant wipers clear work..
Drive home
